Avionics Mobile Services Limited (AMS) was formed in 1974 to provide a mobile repair and installation service for aircraft and helicopter electronic systems. As the company expanded, approved repair workshops for electronics and instruments together with CAA installation design facilities were added. In 2004, AMS was acquired by AEM.

AMS is approved by all major manufacturers as a dealer for their products and can offer a wide range of options to suit individual requirements. It has provided electronic solutions for civil and military customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Far East and North America.
